A picture explains more than many words:

If you're in a phone call and press the homebutton to get to your homescreen, you have that pusating green bar at the top. What you see in the picture is that bar, but it's almost completely except for one line.

Yes, its a "minimal" version of the normal glowing green, however we can fix it to be a solid green pulsing bar
