Create option to be able to set the ip

Currently there's no way to manually set the ip from the cli. One user has reported a use case where this is needed and it seems like a good idea to include it as an option.

I have the same problem. Trying to use phonegap on a system with Vmware installed. The first virtual network card added by vmware ends up being the one phonegap tries to use but that virtual card isn't reachable from my mobile devices.
