Not working with a basic assembly #1

I was trying to use this add-in but noticed it is not working for me.
I designed a very basic table frame and tried to layout the pieces.

I noticed the units are not consistent with the document units.

Not sure if I am doing something wrong.

(notice the document unit and the plugin unit)

When I start SVGnet it takes an eternity, like an infinite loop.
