Plus is a runtime compiler that adds features to PHP

Sounds slow. Would be nice to be able to run composer build and have all, say, .phpp files be compiled to .php.

Even though we don't know the implications on performance, this is still really nice for production.

Would it be cool if it just cached the real php with op cache or something like that?
