This is coupled tightly in a lot in several places

To make this more lightweight de-couple from term (now termcolor) and atty (now is-terminal) and feature gate this but as default

termcolor is a bit of work and requires translating a lof of styling / types. investigate crossterm too later.

Leaving term as term for now.
