The pertinent error seems to be: Failed to create uninstaller registry entry: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file 'C:\Users\jsen\AppData\Local\OutlookGoogleCalendarSync\packages\OutlookGoogleCalendarSync-2.11.0-beta-full.nupkg'. File name: 'C:\Users\jsen\AppData\Local\OutlookGoogleCalendarSync\packages\OutlookGoogleCalendarSync-2.11.0-beta-full.nupkg'

Do you have an over-zealous antivirus or something that is blocking access or quarantining the file maybe??

I think there's some glitch making it not start. A reboot usually fixes it.
