Calendar events being moved to GMT (NZT minus 13 hrs) in Outlook than they appear in Google Calendar

Sync Direction: G->O / O->G / O<->G

Bug Description
Calendar events are moving from the entered time (New Zealand time) to 13 hours before. tHEY SEEM TO BE DISPLAYED CORRECTLY IN gOOGLE cALENDAR BYT 13 HRS EARLY IN oUTLOO. See example. I don't believe I've (knowingly) changed any settings.

Same problem here, all entries are being changed to GMT when syncing from Google -> Outlook

Grab the hotfix from this ticket, may resolve it: #2047
