Missing DNS cache doc

Expected behavior

At /admin/settings/system, there is a link to https://docs.pi-hole.net/ftldns/dns-cache/ for DNS cache.

Actual behavior / bug

This link no longer works.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to web console
2. Click on 'Settings'
3. Scroll down to 'Systems'
4. Toggle the expert mode on top-right
5. Check the link on "See also our DNS cache documentation."
