Solve one instance window: See Macroscript isChecked and CloseDialogs. See Macroscript scope.
-- ^- Maybe the trick to toggle dialogBar is Visible true/false. test.

Objective: Save and restore state when 3ds Max starts. Keep one instance, unless code rebuild. Add settings to make the auto-restart optional.

Test how to behave as StartUp script, start with max, register Macroscript and run first time, restore dockable state.
