hello, I installed your plugin because I had some problems with gutenberg, but I ran into a problem that when switching to a second language where there is no translation yet, the content is not shown.

(checkbox) Show post content in an alternative language when translation is not available for the selected language.
When a page or a post with an untranslated content is viewed, a message with a list of other available languages is displayed, in which languages are ordered as defined by option "Default Language / Order". If this option is on, then the content of the first available language will also be shown, instead of the expected language, for the sake of user convenience.

using 'ACF blocks' latest version and wp 5.9.3.

Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a way to fix it?
Thank you!

Hello, I did not quite understand your problem ... You may have encountered the situation that I just did not check or did not expect.

Could you describe what happens in more detail? Unfortunately, the phrase "ran into a problem that when switching to a second language where there is no translation yet, the content is not shown" did not help me much.
What will help me:

  • the raw content of the document that you edit (with QTX blocks - [:en] and etc)
  • Screenshot to show how it looks on the screen (what happened)
  • your description how it should look
