Files loaded later by Github are not shown

When Github does not load all the files changed together, the extension only shows the files loaded at the very beginning, while it should update and be in sync with the files loaded later by Github (basically at the very beginning this icon is shown, later the other files will be loaded but not shown by the plugin):
