Matrixed Encoder Support #174
Description
Currently looking through the docs for encoder support, and it only gives examples for direct-attached encoders. How should I go about creating a matrix scheme for the topology above?
I'd also like to try multiple buses implemented as well, so that multiple encoders across different buses can be read when a row gets pulled LOW.
