I did a traffic stop with Traffic Policer and asked for the IDs of the driver and the passengers. (4 in total)
Unfortunately Computer+ only got the Name of the driver. It would be awesome if Computer+ could remember the name of all 4 people. 😁

I'm pretty sure you can get around it by walking up to the passengers
windows. If not, it would be a good contribution to include all passengers
after the initial walk up.
Alternatively (which I like more) is allowing other plugins to add
passengers to the list of stopped peds via API call. This way, the plugins
just notify us (ex traffic police) that it collected id's from all peds.
We'd just need them to provide the ped instance and we can handle the rest
