1986 Sharp MOS Semiconductor Data Book page 642:
I've not come across anything quite like this before. As well as muxed address/data pins, it also uses the address pins for the low then the high part of the address as part of separate latching operations. And it can be used in either 8 bit or 4 bit modes. And 4 configurable CS lines, plus /OE.
I expect you'll need something pretty specialist to read it. You could use a 24 pin One ROM + One ROM Lab + a shim board to remap the pins. The One ROM Lab addition would be relatively easy - it wouldn't be that hard to replicate the flow:
Similarly emulating it with a One ROM 24+shim board would be possible.
