Which are the versions of TensorFlow and Keras I have to use?

I wrote this 3 year back. Do not remember the tf version now but it was tf 1.* and not 2.*

This code being so old, it will take me to again setup and fix versions etc. -- which given the time constraints is quite difficult.

I'm trying to adapt your code to TF 2.5.0. Your code seems to be a good starting point!

It worked with,

-Tensorflow-gpu = 1.15 (CUDA 10.0)
-Keras = 2.2.4
-Python 3.6

Except Tensorboard in phoc_classifier.py 101. line
