[Bug]: Can't generate commit message using Claude Code

Steps to reproduce

1. Start the app
2. Open a thread with changes not committed yet
3. Click commit

The you get this error(see image)

Expected behavior

The changes should use Claude Code and commit the changes.

Actual behavior

Error's out because it uses Codex.

Workaround

I have to close and reopn T3 code for the error popup thing to go away.
