How to reproduce:

  1. Visit home page in a private window.
  2. Scroll down
  3. Close the Cookie warning at the bottom.

The browser jumps to the top.

Expected behavior

It should not jump to the top. Nothing should happen.

Tested on Chromium + Firefox

Do we really need the cookie warning?

Why do we need the cookie warning?

Can we skip it and simply not spy on our users?

That means removing Google Analytics if we have it and similar items that do not respect users privacy.
