Filter by pages

Filtering by pages ("Pages", "Entry Pages" or "Exit Pages") seems to act really weird.
When filtering by a path in "Pages", apparently this filter applies to entry and exit pages too.
This makes it impossible to e.g. filter by an entry page and analyze what the most common exit page for these visitors is.

@Kugelschieber can you confirm filtering pages is broken?
To me it feels like this isn't the designed behavior.

That's a limitation of our system right now. To analyze the entry to exit page, we would have to keep the visitors from one filter to another in the result set. Filters are flat right now, you can combine them, but they cannot be used in multiple steps. We thought about adding funnels for this reason in the future.

Quick update: 3.0 is almost done, I need to make some smaller optimizations and test it with real data, but it's looking good. Adding the exit page filter was really painful :D
