[FEATURE]Reconnect button for restore connection after refresh page

I am working on webpack and hot reloading. When I make change in code, after page refresh, need to close dev tools and reopen them again for be able to see scene highlights. It would be good to have reconnect button or something to be able to do it without closing dev tools.

Hey, yeah this is a known issue that we plan on addressing soon.

There is a slightly easier workaround however. You can right click the devtool and press "reload page".
This should do the same thing as opening/closing the devtool
