If I open jit.ndi.send.maxhelp and turn on audio, Max Audio Status windows shows a very high CPU usage (more than 62%).
resulting in glitchy audio.
But in system task manager, Max takes only 0.3 % of CPU

no other patch or app is running, I've tried with many different audio interfaces and drivers (ASIO/mme/ ...) : same issue.
I'm pretty sure this used to work smoothly on the same computer last year (with jit.ndi 0.1)

Same issue on Mac.
Could it be related to the fact that I have on both Os beta versions of Max 8.2.0 ?
does it work fine on Max release 8.1.11 ?

Hi Matcham -

I am running Max 8.1.11 on OSX Catalina 10.15.7 and am seeing the same high cpu usage (65-80%). CPU Usage function within Max/MSP shows [jit.ndi.send~] is contributing to 99.7% of processing power.
