Advice for phasing reads of a triploid plant species?

Hello, I wondered if Longshot suitable for phasing HiFi reads from a AAB-type triploid plant species? Right now it's running under the settings of longshot -r $i -y 20 -O reads.$i.bam --bam ccs.map2ref.sorted.bam --ref ref.fasta --out longshot.call.$i.VCF. I would like to hear your opinion and suggestions. Thanks a lot! Best, Tao
