Info about SDK version

Hello, would it be possible to add info in the docs as to why are select SDK versions available, and -D PIO_FRAMEWORK_ARDUINO_ESPRESSIF_SDK22x_190703 is the default?

That would be mainly to discourage the use of the 3.x branch if not required, as it is less stable despite being newer.
One example of this was frequent freezes that blocked the devices completely, and that were resolved by switching back to the v2.2.x SDK.
