When using plone.app.contenttypes uploaded files have no title

Environment: Plone 4.3.7 with plone.app.contenttypes 1.1b5 and latest Products.TinyMCE from the 1.3.x branch. I'm pretty sure (by looking at the code) it also occurs on the latest version from the default branch.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Plone Site and install plone.app.contenttypes.
2. Create a Page.
3. Type in some text, select it and click on the hyperlink button.
4. Click on "Upload" (left bottom corner).
5. Choose a file. Leave the Title field blank. Click on "Upload".
6. After the upload click "Ok" and save the page.
7. Navigate one level up. See that the newly created file has no title. In this case the title should be the same as the id of the item.
