Currency reserves/unreserves are not isolated.
This means modules can potentially interfere with each other's reserved amounts creating various bugs.

There's no timeline on the substrate trait change afaik.
Urgency here is that we need the separation of reserved balances to happen before more modules start reserving/unreserving things. after that a migration to another approach will be straightforward
