Ideal Tool Marker can be found here : https://github.com/Nessiesson/UsefulMod/blob/master/src/main/java/nessiesson/usefulmod/mixins/MixinRenderItem.java
It basically renders a letter based on the enchantments on an item or a number based on the flight duration of a rocket in the corner of the item. P=perfect F=Fortune S=Silk touch etc
