Feature Request: Support av1 ?

I was wondering if it would not be more interesting to support av1?
Allow better compression, and looks like it is more "future-proof".

Not sure how much it is more performant. But at least we should win few kb/mb with av1.

On Safari, I think we also need the full codec string to test if it is supported
