DNS 를 외부에서 주입받아서 배포 후 자동으로 DNS가 연동되도록 한다.
배포할 때 마다 Endpoint가 달라지는 일을 방지할 수 있다.
Route 53, ELB 관련된 곳을 봐야할듯

사용자가 Domain 을 가지고 있다고 가정한다.
배포 후 생성되는 ALB의 Endpoint로 라우팅이 되어야한다.
Route53 에 사용자의 Domain이 등록되어있고, Route53에서 DNS RECORD에 ALB를 등록한다.
