Talkback is a library which forwards HTTP requests to a proxy, records the responses, and replays them later.
Rather than reinvent the wheel, Counterfact could integrate with talkback. When proxy mode is on, a developer can also turn talkback mode on, change out the "tapes", and adjust other talkback related settings, through CLI arguments, the GUI, or the REPL.
