blocks are getting wrongly placed when bridgeing

Problem description

When you try to place blocks in a row on the y-axis sometimes blocks get placed y+1. You can see it on the video.

Expected behaviour

It should only place blocks on the right hight.

Yeah, this is most likely to do with the prediction issues discussed in #6803. There's an unresolved discussion on how to deal with the issue.
