Access frontmatter in +layout.svelte

Hi,

I have frontmatter on my .md files. Is there an easy way for me to access the frontmatter in the +layout.svelte? I have a Svelte component called out in the +layout.svelte that I am looking to pass one of the meta data as a prop.
