Attribute "Hidden" on ContentTypeBinding is not working anymore #633

I know that I used this Attribute on a ContentTypeBinding for a List before, and it used to work.

As described here https://github.com/pnp/PnP-Provisioning-Schema/blob/master/ProvisioningSchema-2022-09.md#contenttypebinding

I am setting the default "Item" as hidden

But as soon as this template gets applied, the Item still exists in the New Button.

If I run the PowerShell Command "Remove-PnPContentTypeFromList" and remove the Item CT for good, everything is back to how it should be.
