Expected / Desired Behavior / Question

When using the iFrame, URL's from different domains are not allowed. It is possible to use different domains using the normal SPO embed webpart if the domain is defined in HTML Security in site settings. Is this possible with the iFrame or panel dialog?

What are the restrictions in place when using the sandbox property? it is not clearly defined in the documents. also the property is a string? what values? any?
