Rich Text in v 3.22 ribbon renders incorrectly

In edit mode the roibbon for in line edit incorrectly renders, it should render like this

Steps to Reproduce

I have created an spfx web part for tabbed accordion with text areas using Rich Text capability, and ribbon rendered foine on v 2, but when updating to v 3.21 then 3.22, it started incorrectly rendering

I submitted a PR for this one. @AJIXuMuK if everything looks ok, would it be possible to get a patch release for this one? This is a major blocker for us to upgrade to 3.22.0. Thanks!

Yeah would be really nice to fix this. In v3.21 my ribbon is somewhere on my rich text area....

And in v3.22 the whole style is broken. Not only for the ribbon. The text area too :(

This is very much a problem. Any way to get the PR approved soon?
it has been a month and a half since this was reported.

This is over a month old and is now critical for our use of the library in a production release as I have reverted to 3.13 but it is showing critical vulnerability so need to update to at least 3.21

@AllanMacAshurst the PR was merged some time ago and the changes are in the beta release, but no main release just yet.
In the mean time, can you confirm that the issue is resolved in the beta release?
