Highlight banned users

In the users references, make the trades involving a user that has been banned stand out (maybe an icon next to the user name?).

While I'm thinking about it - if we do this, we may want to only flag event, shiny, and bank trades. Otherwise we might cause confusion among the 95% of casual traders if they traded a breedable with a banned user once.
