Whoever wants to tackle it, please write down again the way you would do it before actually implementing it.

Unbrick collective will be helpful and having gone through a brick the Virto team(@pandres95?) can take care of configuring and proposing the inclusion of the collective.

A related solution our team will experiment with and later promote to avoid having to go to the unbrick collective in the first place is for parachains to migrate their governance to Kreivo so teams can unlock themselves even if their parachain has stopped producing blocks. Kreivo specializes in offering all kinds of governance solutions for teams/communities/projects/collectives and it's also in our roadmap to allow organizations that start small with simple usage of smart contracts to scale up to have their own chain/core still governed from the DAO in Kreivo. When that time comes we would propose the relevant XCM configuration to the relay for said collectives to be recognized as the parachain origin.
