assets uri -> file uri

Any idea on transforming "assets-library://" uri to "file://" uri? I need to transform the image into base64.

hey @ggomaeng! to turn an image asset to base64 you need blob support. Using the react-native-fetch-blob library you can do something like https://gist.github.com/dabit3/c8185f8ab37992e9c9e6e4a31add98ee#file-app-js-L59 which would return the base64 for a specific image uri.
Expo doesnt have support for react-native-fetch-blob yet, progress for this is being tracked here https://expo.canny.io/feature-requests/p/blob-support. When it lands I can probably add it into this library.

I havent played around with the functionality yet, but ill update the project when I do. It looks like you can convert an image to base64 before uploading it by doing something like:

Hi, I tried to upload using react-native's blob support, but it seems like they have some issues(Fix Blob Compatibility · Issue #109 · react-native-community/discussions-and-proposals) on latest RN and I couldn't upload files using method above.

I ended up using expo's FileSystem.copyAsync to save assets-library file into expo's cache directory, and upload file using base64.
