I use Dvorak, and having to figure out how to type QWERTY again every time I want to log in to a new session is a pain. When I click the "Keyboard Layouts" button, a very thin bar appears with no content. I assume this means that the list of available keyboard layouts is empty. When I try to click the same button after locking an existing session, nothing at all happens.

I use the Dvorak - programmer layout, and I am running fedora linux with Cosmic and the Cosmic greeter.
I have the same problem.
The thing is: When I used Archlinux with Cosmic and Cosmic-greeter the other week, (before swiching to Fedora), I cóúld use the Cosmic-greeter with the Dvorak-programmer layout. So the problem lays likely by the first installed layout or some Vconsole or xkd-keyboard config file. It would be very nice if one could change one setting in the settingsapp or one config file in the planned Cosmic config file system.
