[question] why are there countdowns in the translation files, for actions that don't use countdowns

If you press Shutdown, Restart or Log-out, a countdown appears

Countdown

But if you press Lock the screen or Suspend, no countdown appears.
Which is logical, as you don't potentially lose data with Locking the Screen or Suspending.
But why do the translation files have translations for those countdowns anyway?
