Portainer license callback - Incorrect endpoint count when multiple endpoints deleted

Add new DELETE /endpoints API endpoint to allow more efficient removal of multiple environments (a.k.a endpoints), although it can also remove one. It sits next to current DELETE /endpoints/{id} endpoint that only removes one environment at a time.
