(R+py): Add a spinner/"loading dialog" on startup

Especially when pointed at wide tables, querychat can take awhile to start up. This is primarily due to the schema generation operation, which I don't think we can further optimize. I'd suggest we display a visual that indicates the app is up and loading during startup
