双击图标无法打开软件界面，右下角小图标右键也没有展开栏

好像第一次打开必定出现这种情况，在任务管理器中结束后重新打开可以解决

第一次指的是电脑每次重启后吗，这个问题会一直出现吗？

之前是每次重启后自启动那一次会有这个问题，但是现在这种问题也消失了，应该是偶然现象
