PLEASE integrate giscus comment into icarus! 求求了赶紧把giscus整合进去吧

After comparing so many comment systems, I personally prefer to use giscus, due to its pretty appearance and also allowing user to self customize it.

But currently, when I use giscus like below:

when I run hexo server or hexo generate, hexo will always warns me with something like this:

The underlying reason is that giscus is still not included in the config check I guess.
