[tasklist]: spell & grammar check for long content

Description

By making users input information though PPResume rich set of controls, we can make sure that lots of content has been validated and avoid common low level mistakes, however, for long text input, as of now (July 2024), we don't have any mechisms to help users avoid errors.

Hence we'd like to integate some advanced tools to facilitate users with grammar/spell check, and make the content better.
