Remove "A few important words from your dev team!" note on mobile devices

I think osu! lazer works pretty good on mobile devices currently. I don't think the note is necessary anymore. If a maintainer of the project disagrees with me then what changes do you think should be made before it gets removed?

For reference, what is your mobile device? Just want to gauge what device you have, as some mid-range phones that users have a few years ago can't reach stable 60 fps in certain scenarios.

The UI/UX is not well-suited for mobile devices. The Easter egg displaying the SSV2 background is also unavailable.
Additionally, the .NET runtime required to run osu runs at only 25% of its original efficiency on Android.
