Bug description

I cloned the osu! repository on both my desktop and laptop. I tried running the program on both the pp-dev and master branches (using the Debug configuration) in Rider IDE. The program runs successfully, but whenever I navigate to play → solo, nothing shows up on either machine. This is weird since I haven’t made any code changes yet. I even tried deleting the osu-development folder and changing the folder's location, but the issue still persists for some reason?
