Low-pass filter sometimes gets stuck when exiting the editor

Bug description

In the editor area when exiting the editor the game will ask you to confirm stuff, When holding down the "Forget all changes" button it will apply a low-pass filter effect on the audio, when releasing the button sometimes it doesn't reset the low-pass effect to the value that it would normally be.

for some reason i noticed that this will only happen on the "Effects" channel not the "Music" channel
