Firstly thanks for the plugin, it works like a charm!

My suggestion would be to recalculate the maximum file size limit when a file was removed and the total file size (now) is below the maximum file size limit.

I am using these versions:

  • filepond 4.9.2
  • filepond-plugin-file-encode 2.1.4
  • filepond-plugin-file-validate-size 2.2.0
  • filepond-plugin-file-validate-type 1.2.4

Current behaviour (15 MB total file size limit, no file size limit):

filepond

That would be nice. In the future I'd like to move this message to a generic message above the file list instead of in the item, as it concerns the group of items and not the single item.

I'd love this as a feature. Does anyone have a current workaround? I've been strugging to come up with a good way to do it
