"Use .... as standard function keys" improvements

First, I love Karabiner Elements. Thank you!

I have the "Use F1,F2....standard function keys" checkbox checked. Specifically cause I use these in software such as IntelliJ, VSCode and similar. However, I often use volume buttons and Focus Mode. It would be nice to not have to press "Fn". So, two feature requests:

1. Can we make caps look toggle this checkbox? I'm not using it for anything anyhow
2. Could it be configured per application?
