Once an item is added to the cart, it cannot be removed for "problem_user"

When logged in as "problem_user", once you add an item to the cart, it cannot be removed.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Login as "problem_user"(Password: "secret_sauce")
2.Add an item to cart
3.Add another item to cart (This was done in Exploratory testing and cannot be undone(not sure if deleting cookies will make the problem go away; have not tried it), but the problem is visible in step 2 itself).
4.The 'REMOVE' button is not clickable
5. Click on 'REMOVE' button-- The item stays in the cart.
6. Notice the number of items in cart: 2
