Add the ability to see your local weather forecast using wttrbar in waybar

Description

wttrbar is a simple but detailed weather indicator for Waybar using wttr.in.

This is a nice feature to add to waybar

Use Case

By having wttrbar available you can see your weather forecast.

Proposed Solution

have a "custom/weather" waybar module configured. The package describes various switches you can add to the command to customize it to your liking.

Alternatives

manual install of the module is the only way at this time.
